Project Overview

Jiangsu Shagang Group, one of the largest private steel producers in China, required a reliable gas analysis solution to enhance the efficiency and safety of their converter gas recovery process. Their previous system suffered from delayed response times and unstable readings—posing challenges in process control and energy optimization.

Chang Ai Technology was selected to upgrade their system with in-situ laser gas analyzers capable of delivering real-time, interference-free data under harsh operating conditions.

Our Solution

We implemented a customized solution using the CI-PC6500 Series In-situ Laser Gas Analyzers, built to withstand the extreme environment of steel converters and deliver accurate measurements of O₂ and CO concentrations.
