The CI-XT62B series gas analysis system is specifically designed for the demanding conditions of silicon steel sheet heat treatment furnaces, where process gases often exhibit high temperature and high moisture content. To ensure accurate analysis, the system adopts an indirect measurement principle. It first removes the moisture from the gas sample, then measures the dry gas composition. By integrating the actual water content data with the dry gas measurements, the system is controlled by a PLC that calculates and outputs real-time parameters with high precision. This intelligent approach allows for reliable monitoring and control under harsh industrial conditions, ensuring stable and efficient furnace operation.

Feature:
High-Temperature Sampling Probe: Utilizes a high-temperature, high-humidity sampling probe with a high-precision alloy filter; resistant to heat and corrosion, with a filtration accuracy up to 0.3μm;
Heated Sampling Pipeline: Features an integrated anti-corrosion electric heating pipeline with closed-loop temperature control to ensure efficient heating and prevent moisture loss from the sample gas;
Advanced Water Detection: Employs a polymer water-permeable film sensor designed for high-temperature and high-humidity environments;
Efficient Moisture Removal: Adopts compressor refrigeration technology for rapid and effective moisture removal, preserving the integrity of other gas components;
High-End Hardware Configuration: All core components are imported to ensure performance and reliability;
Modular Distributed Design: Supports easy installation, maintenance, and system overhaul through a distributed layout.
