Online Coke Oven Cycle Monitoring System (CI-XT300)
The CI-XT300 CDQ Coke Oven Circulation Online Monitoring System is specially designed for the real-time monitoring of CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) circulating gas. The system features an explosion-proof design that fully complies with explosion protection requirements in CDQ applications. It supports switchable sampling modes, allowing either direct sampling or pump-assisted sampling, depending on process needs. Once collected, the sample gas is passed through a pretreatment unit that effectively removes corrosive substances, dust, and impurities, ensuring clean gas reaches the analyzer. The entire system operates under the control of a PLC-based automatic control program, which ensures reliable and accurate performance with minimal operator intervention.
