The CI-SM80x and CI-SM81x series thermal mass flow meters offer advanced, real-time measurement of standard flow, mass flow, gas consumption, and temperature all in one compact, high-performance device. Designed for accuracy and efficiency, they are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, especially where stable signal and long-term reliability are essential. With no moving parts and full-digital signal processing technology, these meters eliminate the issues of zero-point drift and mechanical wear. Replacing traditional analog bridge circuits, the digital architecture delivers enhanced measuring precision and a significantly broader range. Offering an ultra-low measuring threshold down to 0.1 Nm/s and a turndown ratio of up to 1:2500, the CI-SM80x/81x models outperform most conventional flow meters on the market. They are perfectly suited for detecting highly variable gas flows, low-flow bypass lines, and precise consumption of individual equipment. Equipped with innovative self-diagnosis capabilities, these meters continuously monitor sensor conditions in real time. They can detect contamination and actively protect the sensor from overheating—ensuring long-term stability and operational safety.
